Free Delivery on orders over £50 with in the UK
Your order will be proceesed as soon as we receive it, and we will send you an email when your order has been dispatched is on its way to you.
Orders received before 2pm Monday-Friday are normally dispatched the same day. Orders received after 2pm Monday-Friday are dispatched the next working day.

Return Policy
We accept returns for online and telephone orders within 14 days from purchase date. Please return any items you wish to return to the address specified at the bottom of this page. To ensure the return gets to us safely please choose recorded delivery as we will not accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged on return to us. Any items that have been returned to us need to be free from wear, stains, odour and or any other condition that would prevent the item being sold as new. Returned items must be in original condition and in its original packaging and sent back with a copy of the receipt/invoice. Please allow 3 days for the refund to be processed. Refunds are credited to the original payment method and usually takes 3-5 working days.
If you are returning goods from outside of the UK, please clearly state that the item is a return. We are not liable for any customs or VAT charges, and you will be responsible to pay if these charges are made.
If you find something is faulty or not as described, please send an email immediately to sales@jasminesilk.com so we can investigate without delay.
Exchanges
We also offer the option of exchanging the item if a return isn’t suitable. We will accept exchanges for online or telephone orders within 14 days from purchase. Please return any items you wish to return to the address specified at the bottom of this page and email us to confirm which item you would like to exchange. To ensure the returns gets to us safely please choose recorded delivery as we will not accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged on return to us. Any items that have been returned to us for exchange need to be free from wear, stains, odour and or any other condition that would prevent the item being sold as new. Returned items for exchange must be in original condition and in its original packaging and sent back with a copy of the receipt/invoice. Please allow two days for the new parcel to be packed and sent out for delivery.
